The Village Medical Centre - Two-Storey Extension & Internal Alterations

JFW Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor following a competitive tender and negotiation during the Covid pandemic. The medical practice remained fully operational throughout, requiring careful planning and sequencing to minimise disruption for both staff and patients.

The works involved demolishing an existing single-storey conservatory (formerly the waiting area) and constructing a new two-storey load-bearing masonry extension on new foundations. The ground floor now provides additional consulting rooms, WC, office space, a new reception/waiting area, and an entrance lobby, while the first floor accommodates a meeting room, office, and store. JFW also carried out internal alterations and full M&E modifications, including electrical, heating, plumbing, drainage, and sanitary installations.
