Price Street, Birkenhead, Wirral - Conversion of Existing Warehouse to Storage Depot & Trade Counter

JFW Construction was appointed as Principal Contractor to convert an existing warehouse into a new storage depot and trade counter facility for LVW Group. The works involved structural repairs to external brick piers and walls following the demolition of a former office block, infilling redundant openings, and creating a new shopfront with glazing, roller shutter, and personnel access. Inside, we constructed new facilities, including a telesales office, trade counter, toilets, mess room, and meeting room. Externally, we formed an enlarged car park with drainage and installed new perimeter fencing and gates.
