PD Building Expansion – Baxter Healthcare, Liverpool (for Addison Project)

JFW Construction acted as Main Civil Contractor for the expansion of Baxter Healthcare’s Liverpool site. The works included ground stabilisation, piling, reinforced concrete foundations, suspended RC slabs, drainage, gabion retaining walls, RC plinths, and external hardstandings — all carried out adjacent to a live plant and offices, requiring strict safety measures and close coordination with the client team.

Despite an aggressive programme and accelerated working hours, JFW delivered ahead of schedule with high safety standards, earning multiple site safety awards during construction
