Internal Alterations & Refurbishment – Leasowe Millennium Centre, Wirral

JFW Construction was appointed by Wirral Borough Council to carry out internal alterations and refurbishment works at the Leasowe Millennium Centre. The project involved the remodelling of the reception area and ground floor offices, including the infilling of floor voids to the central atrium and the creation of a new reception with access control and partitioned first-floor offices. The team also reconfigured the toilet and changing areas, along with associated drainage alterations.



The works required careful coordination and communication with Centre management to ensure that day-to-day operations and community activities could continue safely and without disruption.

A modernised and more functional community facility, completed on time with minimal impact on the Centre’s ongoing operations.
