Alterations to Form CHEDS Day Hospital – Ancora House, The Countess of Chester Health Park, Liverpool Road, Chester, CH2 1BQ
JFW Construction Ltd was appointed as Principal Contractor to carry out alterations and refurbishment works to convert the existing residential patient section at the north end of Ancora House into a new Day Hospital. Works included a new entrance door and waiting area, office, day lounge, activity rooms, WC, clinic, and fully fitted kitchen — all completed adjacent to a live mental health facility.
The Outcome
Successfully completed within a live environment, to the full satisfaction of the client and design team.
