NHBC
admitted to membership of the National Register of House Builders and Developers. Meaning JFW Construction has undertaken, as a condition of registration, that every home which may be built shall conform to the standards of construction prescribed, adopted or approved by the NHBC. JFW has further undertaken that every home which may be offered whether for sale or for letting, will be submitted for inspection by the NHBC’s staff.

ACHILLES
Achilles UVDB is the community for the UK utilities industry. It enables the utilities sector to use Achilles' proven supplier pre-qualification system to manage risk within the supply chain and comply with EU regulations. Achilles UVDB is the largest Achilles community that is also used by the airports and ports sector. Achilles UVDB is managed by a Steering Group comprising of utility buyers to drive industry best practice – jfw’s Membership No: 060508. As a contractor providing services/works which are considered critical with high operational risk, and following a rigorous head office & site based Achilles audit assessment (repeated bi-annually), jfw has been successful in achieving UVDB ‘Verified’ status, having excellent demonstrable Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) capabilities.

‘Safe Contractor’ is a leading health and safety pre-qualification assessment scheme dedicated to promoting higher standards of competence and compliance through the provision of industry specific health and safety assessments for all professions and sectors
jfw’s Scope of Certification: Brickwork, Carpentry, Ceilings and Partitions, Ground Work, Painting & Decorating, Plastering, Principal/Main Contractor, Continual certification is subject to annual external audit.
